2017 Solaris, Parvills Vineyard, Epping
The Solaris grape is a crossing of Riesling, Pinot Gris, Muscat Ottonel, Zaraya Severa and Seyval Blanc. Parvills vineyard was established in 2009 and has enjoyed incredible success over the last decade. The vines are on a south facing slope, facing towards Epping and Copped Hall. The vineyard is not open to the public, though they welcome pre-arranged visits. The Solaris wine complements chicken, fish and shellfish dishes.
2017 Gavi di Gavi, Bric Sassi, Roberto Sarotto Muted, gentle florals on the nose, juicy peach character on the palate, dry, with a fine acidity.
2017 Macon-Davayé, Croix de Senaillet
Rich and elegant, with aromas of pear, minerals and citrus. Fresh and bright, creamy, citrus, kernel fruit and a hint of hazelnuts. Good acidity at the end.
2017 Sauvignon Blanc, Dog Point, Marlborough
Crisp, fresh and zesty with a lifted acidity. Aromas of cut grass, blackcurrant-leafy and gooseberry. Nicely focussed, bright and long.
2017 Sancerre, André Dezat
Fine, lifted minerality on the nose then crisp, precisely balanced citrus acidity over a ripe gooseberry core, with a lovely flinty limestone finish.

Made from the Syrah grape, has aromas of subtle fruits, rounded and ripe, with hints of strawberry.

Pale colour, with delicate strawberry and white stone fruits, beautifully balanced, ripe and persistent.
2017 Sagesse Rouge, Pays d’Oc
Cabernet, Merlot & Grenache. Deep colour, with hints of ripe black and red fruits. Full on the palate, with rounded, soft fruit and ripe tannins. Warm and satisfying.
2016 Primitivo, Terre di Montelusa
A note of dried fruits on the nose, smooth and more refined with lovely fruit, a hint of tartness, and well-balanced tannin.
2017 Syrah/Cabernet, Stone the Crows
A little cherry and raspberry on the nose, quite light. On the palate nicely weighted, very good length, full but ripe tannins.

Soft, open aromas of cherries and strawberries, with elegant red fruits palate, medium bodied with soft tannins.

Medium to deep ruby colour, subtle aromas of plum, cherry, spice, red and dark fruits on the palate, medium tannins.
2017 Cotes du Rhone, Domaine la Soumade
Medium deep colour with fresh, spice and dark fruit aromas, elegant, completely rounded tannins, rich core with very good density and length.
2015 Chateau de Francs, Bordeaux
Deep black currant colour with earthy, dark fruit and spiced nose. Full, rich dark fruit with the same hint of spice. Good acidity, moderate tannins, good finish.

Delicate, pale pink, light and off-dry.
NV Prosecco di Traviso DOC, Frassinelli
Pear, apple, lemon and stone fruit palate, yellow and white flowers, with a fine mousse. Characteristically off-dry, well-balanced.
NV Cremant de Loire, Jean-Marie Penet
A blend of Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc made using the Traditional Method, this has a fine mousse, dry, with fine minerality and length. An excellent alternative to Champagne.
